You have total control over your thoughts. You get to learn to discipline your thinking processes in your mind. I encourage you to learn to have an Attitude of Gratitude! Feeling appreciation and gratitude feels great! Acknowledging the blessings in your life increases your vibration to a higher frequency. Your attitude about life changes to a better state of being. It is a spiritual practice that benefits you and all those around you. Choose to find the good in every situation; especially the situations where you normally would find only negative responses! You will notice all kinds of good in your life.
