Anger

It often feels less vulnerable to shift the energies of hurt to anger. We need to sit with our anger until we can feel the pain long enough to figure out what is triggering it. Then we can release the anger in a healthy way. Fill the empty space where anger lived and fill it with love. Notice where the physical location of your anger arises. Is it your stomach? Neck and

shoulders? Be gentle with yourself as you heal. Remember when dealing with deep emotions one can become exhausted easier. Schedule time to sleep during your healing process.
